Dear db-sig chair and collegues

Regarding of the proposal of "policy for mirroring on IRR",
prop-003-v002, we did not have enough activity or update.
Also now we are proposing about the CRISP (Cross Registry
Information Service Protocol) for IRR which allows us to
search IRR objects recursively on many IRRs like current
IRR mirroring.

With these considerations, this time we would like to
withdraw this proposal. When we have another activity or
update, we will propose again.
