Call for Papers, Participation: "Enhancing Human Resource Development 
through ICT"

The International Federation for Information Processing has sent out its 
first call for participation in the 8th International Conference on Social 
Implications of Computers in Developing Countries. "Enhancing Human 
Resource Development through ICT" is the umbrella theme of the conference, 
which has several sub-themes and topics for discussion. The IFIP is 
interested in receiving papers, research-in-progress reports, case studies 
and proposals for tutorials and panel discussions. The conference will be 
held in Abuja, Nigeria, May 25-28, 2005.
