Query about Tamil & Kannada Word Processing and Presentation Software

Dear All,

We have developed training material on a subject called "Ecological
Refrigeration". This material is currently in English, and is available in a
number of MSPowerpint and MSWORD files.  The MS Powerpioint files also include
some pictures and graphics. We are interested in translating this material into
Hindi, Kannada and Tamil.  While the translation work can be done by our own
people, we are keen that the translated material is also in MSPowerpoint and MS
word environment, and similar to the English language training material, except
that English bullet points/paras are replaced by the respective langauge.

Can you pl. let me know whether and from which organisation is the software
capable of doing this kind of work available?

Any other suggestions to do this work more effectively (eg., whether translation
software also available, and whether useful in the present context?)
