a Travel Meditation

Peter Whitaker the mountaineer who climbed Mt Everest wrote, "There  are
certain spots in the world where you can stand that will change the way you
look at the world forever."
For me was, one is in Pokhara Nepal sitting on a stone fence and looking at
Annapurna with Palm Trees around me, the other is getting up early and
wandering through the open air markets of Seoul.
