you're right. It isn't conforming.

we're going to review the experiment on doing multiple URI's and when  
we come back with them, it will conform.

(the method we used is documented at

  http://mirin.apnic.net/resourcecerts/wiki/index.php/Minimal_OpenSSL#crlDP 
 and the observation is that the CLI seems to want to do it this way,  
but we believe the back end code will let us do it the 'proper' way  
when the time comes. )
