Hi Randy,

I recall receiving your comments -- if the NRO and others decide to 
have the CP become a SIDR I-D and if they haven't addressed them 
during their time as document owners, then we will try to do so when 
we convert it back to an I-D. (Though I doubt we'll be able to reduce 
the 6.5 page table of contents :-).)
