Actually, I wasn't saying that you were redefining the semantics of the
SIA. I was saying that you were wanting to re-interpret the specific
*values* of SIA. ie, SIA = rsync://foo.bar.com/one/two/, and you were
wanting to fetch rsync://foo.bar.com/one/

My suggestion is to use the SIA as given in the cert.
