Re: face2face meeting and workshops in Tallinn

Hi,

A short update on the planning related to our certification activity.

I booked a suite for myself, so the team can meet there through the
whole week working on the protocol. It should be big enough to
accommodate 5-6 people, and as long as you promise to keep your voice
volume low from 24:00 to 6:00 I am fine :).

Since I got no reply may I ask if the team is in fact planning to do
some work and need facilities?

We here at APNIC we assuming that the answer is "yes" and have circulated to the team (via the rescert mailer) a number of topics that we'd like to discuss at this meeting.

I am not sure when others were arriving - we will be arriving on Saturday evening. I'd make the guess that we could productively meet for a day or two with the agenda that is taking shape right now.
The ECG would also like to propose a meeting with the rescert team and
the ECG present (most of the ECG members will participate remotely
using Marratech) to discuss the inter-rir coordination of the CA
trial. We think 1/2 day should suffice and I have reserved a
conference room for the whole Tuesday for this sliding slot. Please
let me know if there any preferences as the EOF track will be running
in parallel. We will work on the agenda later.

Same here. May I please have an indication of who is intending to attend
this meeting and if there are any conflicts.

You may reply me privately. I'll collect your feedback and make a
proposal. I'd like to finalise it this week as I am on holiday the next
week.

From APNIC, George M, Rob L and myself (Geoff H) will be attending this meeting. So far I haven't seen an agenda for the EOF track so any part of Tuesday looks as good as any other part!

It seems that my visa application is progressing in the right
direction, so I look forward to seeing you all in Tallinn.

thanks for this Andrei,

  Geoff
