Since I got no reply may I ask if the team is in fact planning to do
some work and need facilities?

Same here. May I please have an indication of who is intending to attend
this meeting and if there are any conflicts.

You may reply me privately. I'll collect your feedback and make a
proposal. I'd like to finalise it this week as I am on holiday the next
week.
