some of the KEY MATCHES of the tournament are :
15/09 - England vs. South Africa
16/09 - Australia vs. Wales
22/09 - France vs. Ireland
23/09 - England vs. Samoa
and according to the schedule attached these matches are only shown in
sky
pacific. So that means Fiji TV thinks that these matches are not KEY
MATCHES but the whole world thinks otherwise. At least be fair on the
SKY
FIJI customers and show these matches, because they are STILL PAYING.

Thanks for raising Shivneet’s complaint with us.
The decision on which soccer matches to show belonged solely to the SPG
Host Broadcaster. Fiji TV had no say in which sports to show and what
time
they were shown. Thus, we broadcasted what was made available to us by
the
SPG Host Broadcaster.
On the rugby, the decision not to air matches on Sky Fiji is a
commercial
one. Fiji TV has decided not to air matches on Sky Fiji because of the
need to migrate subscribers onto Sky Pacific.
Recognizing that there are viewers who do not have Sky Pacific, and that
we are removing matches from Sky Fiji, Fiji TV has increased the number
of
matches on offer on Fiji 1.
To this point in time, we have only shown Fiji test matches on Fiji 1 –
if
we had continued this policy, we would only have shown Fiji’s four pool
games on Fiji 1 and any other games it would have played had it
progressed
further in the tournament.
As things stand at the moment, Fiji TV has made a commitment to showing

RWC matches on Fiji 1 – if Fiji makes the quarterfinals, this will
increase to 15. If Fiji makes the Semi’s, the match is already scheduled
for Fiji 1.
Our position is that Sky Fiji and Fiji 1 viewers are actually getting to
watch the key matches of the tournament for free.
