Franck, can you please distribute information on the Internet  
Governance Forum to all PICISOC members? The website is  
http://www.intogovforum.org

The list of the workshops submitted is available now and the Advisory  
Group to Kofi Annan will decide on the workshop proposal acceptance  
soon.

Also new on the website is the call for exhibition of ICT projects in  
the Plaza. Like the WSIS summits, there will be a plaza to showcase  
any project or products. Samoa had a booth at the first WSIS summit  
which was very successful in raising the awareness of the world about  
Samoa. Should any organisation wish to apply for a booth or a space,  
Otto Frei is the Man. He's very approachable and he organised the  
ICT4D platform in Geneva in 2003. Country or organisational exhibition  
will be accepted. Some info below for the Plaza:

The Plaza ? an open space for showcasing institutions and projects.

The Plaza will be an important part of the inaugural meeting of the  
IGF ? it will allow interested institutions or companies to showcase  
their projects and activities. The Plaza will be located at the  
conference venue in the immediate vicinity of the meeting rooms and  
will have the function of bringing participants together, facilitating  
the exchange of experience and the sharing of best practices.

The event manager of the WSIS exhibitions ? the ICT for Development  
Platform Geneva 2003 and ICT 4 all Exhibition Tunis 2005 - , Otto Frei  
AG. (http://www.ottofrei.ch/)  will be in charge of organizing the  
Plaza.  If you are interested in participating in the Plaza, please  
contact info@ottofrei.ch .
