Is this a dynamic web content or static ? or semi-static (i.e,  
database backend, and a fixed update period. ?  static and semi- 
static sites are easy.. the hard ones are the dynamic ones.

We use dns-views to re-direct web content over to different servers  
based on where it's originating from. In case of it coming through  
the IX, we give them a local IP. If the request is coming from an IP  
not present at the IX, we give them an overseas IP address.

And of course, the NS server are present on both sides of the  
satellite, so people on other end of the satellite don't have to  
traverse the satellite for DNS queries.

The list of IPs is dynamically generated every half hour by doing  
diffs of routes we are seeing at the local IX.
