Alex, as per points;

1. June 2007 around midweek
2. Three possible venues came out from the PacNOG2: (1)Cook Is, 
(2)Tuvalu & (3)Vanuatu. We'll liaise with each separately and tie down, 
perhaps for the next two events.
3. for Program Committee to get and compile inputs from all
4. as in 3.
