[Nro-comments] NRO structure
Congratulations on the structure for a Number Resource Organization. It
really adds to the stability of the Internet in a number of ways. Firstly,
it avoids the risk of a single point of failure in ICANN. Secondly, it
provides a global co-operative structure to ensure ongoing services in the
event of massive problems in any particular region. Thirdly, it provides a
step towards ensuring that no single governmental or organisational
circumstance can render the Internet inoperable. Well done, I look forward
