[Nro-comments] APNIC posting of the public comment drafts

This is the initial posting to the nro-comments@apnic.net mailing list.

The APNIC version of the RIR documents will be posted at approximately
midnight on the 22nd September (UTC), and be available at  the URL
http://www.apnic.net/draft-nro-proposal

The other RIRs are anticipated to post these documents on their web sites,
and as appropriate translations of these documents will be posted.

All postings to this mail address (nro-comments@apnic.net) are public, and
will be published at the following URL: http://www.apnic.net/nro-comments
