Introducing Chia-Nan Hsieh, Co-chair ( was Re: Report of Open NIR Meeting )

Please be advised again, while it was informed within the
Report of the last meeting, that Chia-Nan Hsieh from TWNIC
was elected as the co-chair for NIR SIG and nir-discuss
mailing list.
