Hi Maemura san and all,

My name is Chia-Nan Hsieh, a staff of TWNIC IP Department.
I would like to nominate myself as a co-chair of the Open NIR Meeting.

I have been working at TWNIC IP Dept. for nearly 2 years and have been
involved deeply in TWNIC's IP business, including its logistics,
administration and operations.
I am also familiar with most people in the NIR community and have
attended the last three Open Policy meetings held in Fukuoka (2002),
Bangkok (2002), and Taipei (2001).

Below is a short introduction to myself, if you need more information
from me, please let me know.

Short Bio: 
Chia-Nan Hsieh currently works for the IP Department at TWNIC, where he
manages Internet Resources (IP/ASN) and is responsible for the
coordination of address policy with other organizations in AP region. He
is currently involved in IPv6 Forum Taiwan and NICI IPv6 Steering
Committee, facilitating the promotion and international cooperation for
local IPv6 society, as well as the execution of "National IPv6
Deployment and Development Project", a part of 6-year e-Taiwan project. 

Chia-Nan Hsieh received his Master of Science in Telecommunications
Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park and Master of
Science from Dept. of Computer Science, the University of York, England.
