NIR SIG or Open NIR Meeting?

Folks,

Currently Open NIR Meeting is not called a SIG.  There would
be some discussion like below.

 1)	Open NIR Meeting is discussing only about NIR 
	business, which is not a concern for whole the 
	community but just limited to NIR community

 2)	Logistics, administration and operations for the
	meeting is just the same as other SIG, and NIR 
	business is yet a special interest anyhow.


I'd like to have some discussion in this coming Open NIR 
Meeting around AOB.  Your input and discussion on-site or 
even on-line would be appreciated.
