NIR OPERATIONAL POLICES DRAFT and DNS

Dear Colleagues,

On 2nd November, I posted the following message concerning an additional
method of managing the reverse DNS tree under the new direct allocation 
scheme for NIRs:

To date, there have been no comments to this list on the above message, 
though I do know that there have been some private queries to APNIC staff.

I would like to propose that the content of the message above is 
incorporated into the draft policy document: 'Operational policies
for National Internet Registries in the APNIC region'

The first comment period for the above document expires on Friday 
November 22nd. The above document will then be released as a 'Final 
Call for Comments' (but provisionally active) with the new material 
incorporated in it.

If this is not acceptable, please reply to this list or to me directly
by 22nd November.
