Hello John,

As I talked with you over lunch, I'm afraid we cannot have
enough time to have your presentation there because we 
already have several presentations which fill the time of
the meeting and are assumed to have active discussions.

I do want to be as flexible as possible but on the other
hand we have to respect meeting coordination to keep it in 
time
