RE: New draft of NIR criteria document

Dear All, 

I think there seemed to be something wrong to understand the discussion on 
NIR draft of NIR criteria document. 

I am not sure whether NIRs is historical relics or not, but the thing I can make
you sure is that NIR is not the exclusive organization of controlling IP address. 
As you may know, we have managed IP addresses delegated by APNIC within 
restricted area with full conformance to APNIC policies under our member's
recognition and further have developed splendid techincal & administrative system. 

However, the discussion like these is very good chance to solve the misunderstood 
thinking, futher to seek the better mechanism for support of Internet's efficient extension.    

And I am sorry but Kosuke sang, 
EC of APNIC is independent organization for APNIC, not under General Director.
