Dear all, 

Thank Chia-Nan for introducing new staffs. 
I also really sorry for Trancy's leaving but in some aspect, I think she made a great decision for better future. 
However, I hope her everything will be great. 

And welcome 2 new staffs. 

We also had 1 person's job transfer. 
Hyung Gin Kim, technical manager in IP team, was swaped with Brunoyang who involved in technical team
previously. 
If you visit Korea to attend IPv6 summit in Korea, let me introduce him.

Hello everybody,

TWNIC IP team member Trancy is leaving us to pursue her MBA degree.
She has been a very effective teammate and we are very sad about losing
her...X~~o

To cover Trancy's work and increasing workload of the team, we will have
two new members starting from the 1st of July.
Here, I am very happy to introduce them to you all.

David Chen, david@twnic.net.tw
David has been with TWNIC for 2 years and was transferred from technical
to IP department. 
He is a professional in database maintainance and design.
Before joining TWNIC, David worked in III (Institute for Information
Industry) for many years.
After joining IP team he will be in charge of our systems and also be a
hosmaster.

Stacy Tseng, stacy@twnic.net.tw
Stacy just graduated from university last year with Information System
degree. 
She will take over most Trancy's job such as billing,
documentation....etc.
