As far as I know, there is no articles relating to the requirements 
to be eligible for "emergency allocation" in KRNIC's official documents.
If such case happens, we may also apply normal DB registration and A/W mechanism 
to request evaluation considering the time pressure.

Almost same practice here, and it is not publicized either.

As I presented in Taipei mt., KRNIC apply 90% to the total allocation except the last allocation 
and 70% to the last allocation in the normal request evaluation.

I think the above utilization would be also applied to "emergency allocation".
