New ASN Policy draft

Hi all,

Just in case you are not aware, APNIC has recently posted a policy 
document for AS numbers to the general mailing lists for comment.

I would urge everyone to read it and send any comments or queries
you have to this list or to <sig-policy@lists.apnic.net>.
