The outline of my presentation is as follows, relating to both IPv4
and IPv6 system.

 -Background
 -Basic features(IPv4)
 -IPv6 system development situation & issues 

Since IPv4 and IPv6 part can be explained seperately, I will send the
part to do with IPv6 to Sanjaya when the presentation is completed:-)
