If this will be accepted, JPNIC would like to give a presentation
at the next Open NIR meeting in Bangkok.

Topic: Status report for JPNIC Open Policy Meeting.

Description:
JPNIC held two Open Policy meetings last year.
The consensus is going to be adopted into JPNIC rules and 
proposals to APNIC Open Policy Meetings.

JPNIC reports that status of these JPNIC Open Policy Meetings and
some conclusion from them.
