regarding the guide about network abuse

Hi, all

This is Yong Wan Ju at KRNIC.
Because of my flight schedule, I have no time to say goodbye
to all of you.

I am sending this mail to let us know my proposal for relevant
actions against network abuse.
I think because all of we are Internet address resource
management organization representing each area, you would
receive a lot of complaint mails on network abuse.
In our case, we have received around 100 complaint mails from
foreign countries per day.

Therefore, I think we need relevant actions aganist these for
sound Internet development in Asia & Pacific region.

So, as I did presentation in BOF meeting in Taipei, as I know
each country will be the responsible oganization of each country
dealing with network abuse problems.
Accordingly, after APNIC investigate this organization in the cooperation with each NIRs, If you set
forth that information
in your web, also NIR's web,
I believe that it will be good information which can guide intenet users to correct contact points.
Futhermore, that working will contribute to establish sound Internet
culture in Asia Pacific Region.

Regarding that, If you have any good idea, please discuss in
this mail group.

And, lastly I would like to send my warmest thanks to all of APNIC
staff on the preparation of successful APNIC meeting, especially
Paul Wilson etc.
