Dear all,

A proposal for a revision to the APNIC membership structure will be
discussed in Taipei.

It is available on the APNIC website, on the draft documents page at

The proposal introduces 3 new membership categories, for "associate" and
"very small" members, and also for "extra large" members.  Note that there
is a reduction in confederation per-address fees for the extra large
members, which will compensate for an increased annual fee.  Also, the
"associate" category will provide access to APNIC membership for
organisations which hold no IP addresses, including the member ISPs of NIRs.
