Great thanks.

Please can you post the draft agenda separately to the NIR list
with a suggestion for input from NIRs. I think this email will be hard
for people to follow.

Yes I do to be honest. I would suggest a separate meeting - especially
as the NIR meeting is about Address Policy. The fee structure and voting
is a general membership issue, which must eventually be presented to 
the members for approval.

I would suggest a separate meeting, a lunch, for those decision makers in
the NIRs, together with one or two EC representatives, who are able to
provide a kind of "membership" input.  The NIRs can then discuss their
ideas with the objective of reaching agreement that can be presented
to the membership for approval.
