Currently I am preparing the Agenda now soon I will send draft agenda
to NIR-DISCUSS mailing list.

Also, I want to talk about NIR fee structure and number of vote of NIR.
what do you think? is it too hard item to discuss within 1.5 hours?
Currently we are using confederation fee structure. actually NIR is sort of
confederation
but, it is not the confederation. and last AMM we dicided new fee structure
for members.
new system is based on IP usage right? then confederation's fee per IP
address
must be reviewed.
what do you think???
