Thanks Sanjaya for your information.  

Please do not make any PI assignments. If you get requests for PI 
assignments, can you please refer the request to APNIC. It is better if 
you use your blocks for PA allocations to your members, to preserve
aggregation.

I think the historical allocations are covered in 202/7, but I will
double check.
