hi,

Thanks for your email and pointers.  Seung Min has already replied
to this email privately with details of the minimum allocation sizes
made by KRNIC - not member ISPs. 

I think there might be some confusion about this list though. So 
for clarification, this list is closed to NIRs only - so people
listed are: KRNIC, JPNIC, TWNIC, CNNIC and APJII.
