Hi Seung Min,
I am very sorry for this late reply.
JPNIC IP-WG will have a meeting to discuss about NIR issues.
As soon as possible after this, we will let you know participants
and submit documents you have requested. And possibly, we might
ask you to add more agenda if you could allow us to do so.
