Dear all

I'm Seung-Min Lee at KRNIC.

After having discussion with Anne Lord on the max number of attendees for
NIR SIG, we decide that max 3 attendees from each NIR for NIR SIG Meeting
is good for the first meeting.

Therefore, as chair of NIR SIG Meeting, I announced that max 3 atendees are
welcome for the NIR SIG Meeting at APRICOT2000, Seoul.

P.S. Anne and JPNIC staff sorry for late announcement.
