CALL FOR COMMENTS: DOCUMENT REVIEWS
  - Standard APNIC Membership Agreement
  - APNIC Document Review Policies and Procedures
  - APNIC Definition Document

APNIC seeks comments on the following draft documents:
  - Standard APNIC Membership Agreement
  - APNIC Document Review Policies and Procedures
  - APNIC Definition Document

Each of these draft documents has been released for public comment
previously and discussed at length in APNIC Open Policy Meetings, as
specified below. Following the close of this comment period, APNIC intends
to produce a final draft of each document, which it will present to the
APNIC Member Meeting in Taipei, on 31 August 2001, for formal approval.

* Standard APNIC Membership Agreement
This draft is proposed to replace the current APNIC Membership Agreement.
  - First draft released for comments in October 1999
  - Second draft released in December 1999 and discussed
    at the AMM in Seoul in March 2000 and at the Open
    Policy Meeting in Brisbane in October 2000
  - Third draft released in February 2001 and discussed at
    the Open Policy Meeting in Kuala Lumpur in March 2001.


*  APNIC Definition Document
This draft is proposed to define certain terms used in the Standard APNIC
Membership Agreement. This document may be amended in future to include
definitions that may be required by other APNIC documents.
  - First draft released in February 2001 and discussed at
    the Open Policy Meeting in Kuala Lumpur in March 2001.


* APNIC Document Review Policies and Procedures
This document is proposed to define the policies and procedures to be
followed by APNIC in meeting its documentation responsibilities.
  - First draft released in December 1999 and discussed
    at the AMM in Seoul in March 2000 and at the Open
    Policy Meeting in Brisbane in October 2000
  - Second draft released in February 2001 and discussed
    at the Open Policy Meeting in Kuala Lumpur in March 2001.
