Minutes of the APNIC Members' Meeting, held in Singapore on 6 March 1999 
are now available at

APNIC encourages all members, especially those who were unable to attend 
the meeting, to read these minutes, as they represent discussions of 
important issues that affect membership and Internet policy for the Asia 
Pacific region.

This document also contains links to the various APNIC presentations and 
country reports that were presented at the meeting.
