New York Times and "Google in China: The Big Disconnect"
Hi all
For those of you who are interested, the New York
Times is running what I reckon is an 8,000 word story
that deals with China and Google, censorship, internet
use in China, cultural differences on the use of the
internet between China and the west.
The story is prefaced with "This article is a preview
of this weekend's Times magazine".
I don't know how long it will be freely available, but
it's worth checking out if you have any interest. I'd
even say it clarifies a lot that is said about China
and the internet.
See

and if you're not already registered with the New York
Times you may need to.
Cheers
