Registration of Participants
As for PrepCom-2 of the Tunis phase, registration will be by
electronic means and the username and password, provided to the
focal point of your Government, organization or entity for
participation in PrepCom-2, will also be valid for PrepCom-3.
Important: Registration for
the Summit and PrepCom-3 must be done separately. Registration
for PrepCom-3 does not allow you to participate in the Summit in
Tunis. Registration for the Summit is available here.

Note: If you are from a
Government, from an invited International Organization or
from an accredited civil society entity (or from an entity in
consultative status with ECOSOC) or an accredited
business entity (or an ITU Sector member) and you do not
yet have a user name and a password, you can request this password
by sending a fax to +41 22 730 5881.

Accreditation and Registration of media
Media accreditation to the WSIS PrepCom-3 meeting is required in
order to obtain a media badge and thereby gain admission to the
meeting. The procedure and form are available here. Media badges for PrepCom-3 can be
collected from Thursday, 15 September 2005 (opening hours: 0830-1200
&1330-1700) at the WSIS Media accreditation desk of the
Montbrillant Building of ITU Headquarters. Please note that the
confirmation letter sent upon acceptance of media accreditation
should be presented at the desk together with one form of photo
identification, in order to receive a WSIS Media badge.
