May I suggest you contact Dr. Chin, Editor of "Digital Review of
Asia-Pacific", http://www.digital-review.org, or contact your nearest office
for UNDP/APDIP, IDRC, UNESCO/Orbicom who were the joint publishers of the
report volume #1 (2003-2004) and soon #2 (2005-2006).
I am one of the authors of the publication, if you need contact information,
please ask me.
