looking out for regulatory expert trainers

Title: Message
Hello APPLe members and ANR list members,

I am the founder of APPLe many ions ago, and now write to inform you that I am looking out for telecom and ICT policy and regulatory experts for a project I am currently conducting for one of the specialised UN agencies for 3 countries in the region. Ideally, I am looking for people who already have training materials put together and can put conduct workshops and online learning courses (we will have you work with an e-learning vendor to package your materials into e-learning format, unless of course you already have e-learning content). The person will need to be able to travel to 3 countries over a 2 week period (one in mid Feburary and the other time in early April)  to conduct workshops in these countries.

The subject topics are still being finalised with the countries but I wanted to begin collecting a database of experts that I could use for this project. I am merely acting as project coordinator so the ultimate decision will be that of the UN agency. Kindly send me your information, your resume and your areas of expertise, especially if you already have a track record teaching a particular subject e.g. ICT strategy development and implementation, or numbering, or frequency regulation, etc. I would also like to know of people who currently work in regulatory bodies who may be available to be hired as consultants for this project.

I hope to hear from you, and do note that whilst there is no limit to where you are located, preference will be given to experts from the Asia Pacific region.

Best Regards,
Laina Raveendran Greene
