 ICT Development Agenda is a weekly, web-based
newsletter produced by the Commonwealth Telecommunications
Organisation (CTO) providing objective information about major
international developments in Information and Communication
Technologies (ICTs). In particular, it covers the outcomes of
decision-making meetings and the content of important reports.
The newsletter is intended for those responsible for
decision-making on international and national ICT issues in
developing countries, and those seeking to contribute to that
decision-making process.
