Police make 27 arrests in raids on alleged internet paedophiles
(Independent)
Dozens of suspected paedophiles, including a retired teacher and a
care worker, were arrested yesterday in one of the largest police
operations against child pornography on the internet.
...And what I thought is the most interesting part of this story are
the last 2 paragraphs:
Operation Magenta was set up after police were approached by a
Cheshire software company, SurfControl, which specialises in
filtering information on the internet, and had developed a way of
tracking users.
Steve Purdham, chief executive, said: "What a lot of paedophiles
believe is that they can hide behind the internet, sitting in their
dark bedrooms. What we have shown is that it's possible to track
people down. We've only scratched the surface so far."

sufrido algún tipo de fraude durante el año pasado, principalmente
