Statement against Lynn's proposal in ICANN

Dear all,

This is my first post to this mailing list. I am a member of
NaST(Japan), a member of NCDNHC of DNSO, ICANN.

Thank you very much for information in Accra ICANN. I really
disappointed the result of ICANN process. But NaST and several NGOs
announced against Lynn's proposal several days ago. You can read the
