Sex.com Loser Claims Poverty (Wired)
The man who took credit for turning the domain name Sex.com into a
multimillion-dollar porn empire now says he is too poor to afford
toilet paper. 
In a motion filed in federal court this week, Stephen Michael Cohen,
the former operator of the website Sex.com, asked a judge to set
aside a ruling requiring him to pay $65 million in damages to the
site's current owner.

Govt to Install 12,000 Internet Centers under e-Mexico (Business News

The Mexican government has set a goal to install 12,443 Internet
centers around the country by 2006 as part of President Vicente Fox's

Cheaper internet access on the way (Independent)
Britons should be able to gain cheaper unmetered access to the
internet from home under proposals put forward today by the telecoms
