UK - Internet regulator to be formed

News of a new regulator of the Internet in the UK.

Will the new media watchdog censor content suitably or curb
creativity.
And suddenly there it was. Slap bang in the middle of a list of 20
bills in the Queen's speech, generally to do with making health and
education run along more smoothly - a bill about the creation of a
super-regulator: Ofcom.
