Singapore ruling party eyes new Net rules  
Singapore's ruling People's Action Party (PAP) has embraced the
information age with its own Web site but is studying new 
rules for political content on the Internet in the run-up to the next
election. 
Launching the www.pap.org.sg site on Friday, Deputy Prime Minister
Lee Hsien Loong said guidelines were needed as the last 
election in 1997 was run under rules that pre-dated the Internet.
