international test case on territorial borders, & other stories
Hi all
The first story here is especially interesting given the precedent it
may set. One of my colleagues went to the court this morning to hear
Geoffrey Robertson referring back to a case in 1600 I believe where
he was referring to someone sending another person to get something,
and drawing the analogy to the web... sorry, I wasn't there and going
on a brief second hand report... But worth following... Apart from
this a range of news...
Cheers
David

Naming rights not just big business' domain
The topic of domain names is guaranteed to get a rise out of anyone
with even a passing interest in things cyber. Locally, two especially
touchy issues have been the eligibility and allocation policies
regarding the .com.au domain and the resolution of disputes
concerning domains. Lord knows I get plenty of earbashing about it.
