The European Research into Consumer Affairs and NCH Action for
Children have launched a site with advice on filtering software,
hotlines, children and violence on the Internet, shopping on the net,
your rights, problems faced by children, privacy, fraud prevention,
premium lines, and webtrader schemes in Europe.

Also, there is a new book by Marjorie Heins titled "Not In Front Of
The Children: 'Indecency,' Censorship, and the Inocence of Youth. For
