Hi,

I'm Ashish Shukla. I've recently joined this list. I wanted to know is
it possible for individuals to receive an globally routable IPv6
prefix allocated from APNIC, hmm... ? One of my friend, who lives in
UK, told me he has got a prefix allocated for himself from RIPE. If
yes, then what's the procedure.

Thanks in advance,
Ashish Shukla
