  Many others do as well.  So, get in line, wait your turn, and pray for
good fortune or a drastic change in and too a more reasonable allocation
policy and practice...  But if your need for Ip addresses is time
dependent,
your just SOL as far as Apnic, Arin, Ripe is concerned.
